We have a continuous assessment that evaluates quantitative and qualitative data points which allows us to gain comprehensive insight to needs, uses, and operational functionality. Then based off this data along with user requests and pilot group feedback we can implement changes or create new functionality to satisfy customer needs and changing requirements.
