Physical course materials, including participant workbooks, guides and publications; self-study courses; first aid training supplies; instructor or facilitator kits; and awards.
Product Condition: Order must be fully paid prior to initiating a return. Returned items must be clean, unmarked, unaltered and in re-saleable condition. First Aid materials must be un-opened.
Timeframe: Return must be initiated within 30 days of the order ship date.
If there is a problem with your order or you received damaged material(s), please contact NSC Customer Service at 1 (800) 621-7619.
When returning a product, please include inside the shipment package a copy of the NSC shipping document, order confirmation or other documentation issued by NSC referencing the order number.

Product Condition: Order must be fully paid prior to initiating a return. Overstock returns must be clean, unmarked, unaltered and in re-saleable condition. Unless NSC has made an error concerning your order, no more than one-half the ordered quantity may be returned. NSC may request proof of payment and proof of return shipment prior to issuing refund credit. First Aid materials must be un-opened.
Timeframe: Return must be initiated within six months from invoice date.
Claims for damaged products or count shortages must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

Digital products are non-refundable. Digital products are defined as following:

● Digital documents, e-books/ publication
● Pre-recorded videos and audios
● USB

All withdrawal/refund, rescheduling, or substitution requests must be submitted to National Safety Council in writing.
Late Arrivals & No Shows: Attendees who do not show up for class are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Attendees arriving more than 20 minutes late may be required to reschedule at attendee’s expense. Late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.
All requests for refunds, rescheduling, or substitutions must be submitted in writing to customerservice@nsc.org

Purchase of virtual training/s and materials are single use only. You may not share login information. Accounts found to be in abuse will be suspended without refund. An example of abuse is multiple computers accessing the training simultaneously from the same account.
If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your NSC membership in the first 90 days, simply let us know and we will issue you a no-questions-asked refund.
