Ronilla is founder and CEO of Safety Leader Institute LLC. She is a dedicated member of the National Safety Council and currently serves as acting chair for the Women's Division. She also is administrator for the Public Sector Practice Specialty at the American Society of Safety Professionals. With over 19 years of extensive experience in occupational safety and health, across public and private sectors, she has led initiatives that prioritize worker safety, compliance and risk management. Ronilla is passionate about empowering safety professionals through innovative training and leadership development. Her expertise includes navigating complex regulatory landscapes and fostering cultures of safety excellence. As a thought leader, she continues to drive impactful change in the occupational safety community.
