He has more than 39 years of experience in the heavy construction, chemical processing, hazardous waste remediation, oil, gas/refinery, industrial manufacturing, radioactive waste storage/processing, chemical weapons demilitarization and transportation industries as a senior vice president safety and health, senior safety engineer, operations manager, lead auditor, project manager, lead accident investigator and health and safety technician/specialist.
