Dawn is a corporate EHS director with 25 years of experience in the EHS profession. A 22-year Air Force veteran, she has worked around the world with a diverse range of personnel, missions and facilities. From aircraft hangars in Iraq and carpentry shops in the United Arab Emirates to vehicle maintenance shops in Greenland, she has encountered conquerable safety challenges around the globe.
Dawn has led teams of expert safety professionals, 83+ work center safety monitors, project crews and facility management teams to measurable injury reduction success. She cares deeply about the quality of work life for everyone.
She started her career with JDH, a five generation, family-owned feed manufacturing and commodity trading company, eight years ago as California Region SH manager and is now corporate EHS director. JDH daily demonstrates its commitment to safety and stays true to its word that safety is first.
