Brian Callahan joined ISN in 2004 and has held a variety of management roles within the company. He currently serves as chief executive officer and president.

Before joining ISN, Brian worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City for six years, where he held a number of supervisory and management positions in the financial services and administrative services divisions. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst for Koch Industries in Wichita, Kansas. Brian also served as an officer in the United States Army and was stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.

Brian holds an MBA from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor of science in business administration from Oklahoma State University.

Brian served on numerous Oklahoma State University councils and committees and currently serves as trustee of the Oklahoma State University Foundation Board. In 2019, he was inducted into the Spears School of Business Hall of Fame at Oklahoma State University. In 2024, Brian received the Oklahoma State University Distinguished Alumni Award. He a is a former member of the Dallas Lone Star Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization and is president of the Friends of the Katy Trail Board. In addition, Brian is chair of the Campbell Institute at the National Safety Council.

He lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and has three children.
