Troy Allen Sing is an environmental health and safety manager for Sumitomo Machinery Corp of America. He is AEP (environmental) and CHST (safety) certified and has been in the EHS domain for 25 years. He leads a team within SMA to move the company toward an ever-improving EHS culture of excellence. He believes employee intelligence is far superior to artificial intelligence, that management leadership and employee engagement are essential, and that his job is never done.
He is married to his wife of 28 years, has a 12-year-old son, and likes to read, practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and stay active in his church.
