Todd Marinko joined the National Safety Council in March 2025 as executive vice president of consulting and assessments. In this role, he leads the Council's workplace safety consulting business, focusing on revenue growth, client satisfaction and expanding services that help organizations create safer workplace environments.

Marinko has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development and client relationship management. Most recently, he led a consulting business at Red Fox Consulting, where he drove business growth and organizational development. Previously, he served as group vice president for strategic accounts and marketing at PSAV/Encore, and as director of global business development at Mars, Inc.

At NSC, Marinko leads a team of expert consultants and service providers who work directly with organizations to provide insights on crucial safety topics, including fatality and serious incident prevention, OSHA compliance and process safety.

Marinko earned his bachelor's degree in business with a focus on sales management from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
