Todd Marinko joined NSC in March 2025 as executive vice president of consulting & assessments. In this role, he leads the Council's workplace safety consulting business, focusing on revenue growth, client satisfaction and expanding services that help organizations create safer workplace environments.

Todd brings extensive experience in strategic planning, business development and client relationship management to NSC. Most recently, he led a consulting business at Red Fox Consulting, where he developed expertise in driving business growth and organizational development. Previously, he served as group vice president for strategic accounts and marketing at PSAV/Encore, and as director of global business development for Mars, Inc.

At NSC, Todd leads a team of expert consultants and service providers who work directly with organizations to provide insights on crucial safety topics, including fatality and serious incident prevention, OSHA compliance and process safety. His leadership is instrumental in expanding the Council's reach and impact in making workplaces safer across America.

Todd earned his bachelor's in business with a focus on sales management from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. He resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with his wife Kristin, their three children Thomas, Nicholas and Helena, and their two dogs.
