Phil Nguyen has a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota. He spend 19 years in various roles in engineering and supply chain, culminating in his current position as HSE manager for the Cummins site in Minnesota for the past nine years.
Cummins is a generator set and electrolyzer manufacturing site that brings with it a complex HSE program. Nguyen enjoys leading a dedicated and passionate team in developing a safe culture and environment.
