Executive Vice President, Training
Pete Schwartz serves as executive vice president of training at NSC, where he leads training initiatives to help organizations, businesses and communities facilitate safer workplaces through impactful safety protocol.
Schwartz brings extensive executive leadership in training, operations and strategic business growth. Most recently, he served as chief operations officer of the Education & Training Division at Transforce, where he led the team through innovation and market expansion. Previously, he was the vice president and general manager at SafetyServe, a leader in online training that provides driver safety training to thousands of organizations and over 500,000 users annually.
At NSC, Schwartz leads a team of experts who develop and deliver safety training programs that provide foundational knowledge for employees, safety instructors and organizations nationwide.
Schwartz holds a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. He has completed executive education programs in human resource management at Villanova University, executive leadership at Harvard Business School and leading customer-centric growth at the Wharton School.
