Mindi Searle brings more than 30 years of human resources experience to the National Safety Council. She is responsible for developing and overseeing organization-wide policies and programs regarding employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent management and employee engagement.
She previously served as head of human resources at the nonprofit Lions Clubs International, and as vice president of human resources, at Fairbanks Morse Engine. Searle held HR leadership positions with Fortune 500 manufacturing companies, giving her extensive experience across organizations of varying sizes and sectors. She also spent eight years on the board of directors for Goodwill of Northern Illinois as chair of the Human Resources Committee.
Searle earned a degree in management and organizational development from Spring Arbor University, and an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte.
