Kathleen serves as vice president of safety, building services and energy management at The Home Depot. In this role, she leads the enterprise-wide development and execution of environmental, health and safety programs, while overseeing facilities and energy operations for more than 2,300 retail locations.
Prior to joining The Home Depot in 2005, Kathleen held progressive leadership roles in property and energy management and brings over a decade of experience in third-party distribution. Her career has been defined by a strong focus on operational excellence, safety culture and sustainable practices.
She has served on the National Safety Council Board of Directors since 2019.
Kathleen holds a bachelor of arts from The College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from The University of Hartford.
