Kathleen Eaton is the vice president of safety and building services for The Home Depot. In this role, she oversees the development and execution of environmental, health, and safety programs for the enterprise, and facilities and energy management for 2,000+ retail stores.
Kathleen joined The Home Depot in 2005 following her escalating roles in the property and energy management industries. She also has over a decade of experience in the third-party distribution space.
She has served on the board of the National Safety Council since 2019.
Kathleen holds a B.A from The College of the Holy Cross and MBA from The University of Hartford.
