Jim Weigert joined NSC in April 2025 as executive vice president, sales and marketing. In this role, he leads the Council's sales, marketing and eCommerce teams, driving revenue growth and brand visibility to advance the NSC mission of eliminating preventable injuries and deaths.
Jim brings over 20 years of experience as a results-driven marketing and sales executive. Most recently, he served as chief marketing officer at OSV, where he drove significant revenue growth and enhanced sales operations through strategic team development. Previously, he held vice president positions at Gannett, Comcast and FairPoint Communications, consistently exceeding revenue goals and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
At NSC, Jim oversees multi-channel sales operations, marketing strategy and eCommerce initiatives. His expertise in building high-performing teams and developing data-driven marketing campaigns strengthens the NSC position as America's leading nonprofit safety advocate.
Jim earned his MBA in marketing from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a bachelor of arts in industrial design from Purdue University. He is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with his wife Stephanie. They have three children.
