Ingrid joined NSC in 2003 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations, where she is focused on pursuing and achieving tactical and strategic enterprise objectives. She does this by leading multi-disciplined teams to achieve operational excellence in support of the National Safety Council mission and vision.
Prior to this role, Ingrid was the Senior Director of Membership serving more than 13,000 organizations, ensuring they had the resources needed to reduce injuries and fatalities in their workplaces. Her scope of responsibilities included customer journeys, program development and fulfillment, member awards programs as well as volunteer engagement within the NSC Divisions and Delegates Committees. Before joining NSC she worked as a project manager for Integrated Information Systems. She also has extensive background in trade show and hospitality management.
