Ingrid Schoen joined the National Safety Council in 2003 and currently serves as vice president of operations, where she is focused on pursuing and achieving tactical and strategic enterprise objectives. She does this by leading multi-disciplined teams to achieve operational excellence in support of the Council's mission and vision.
Prior to this role, Schoen was senior director of membership, serving more than 13,000 organizations, and ensuring they had the resources needed to reduce injuries and fatalities in their workplaces. Her scope of responsibilities included customer journeys, program development and fulfillment, member awards programs, and volunteer engagement within NSC Divisions and Delegates Committees. Before joining NSC Schoen worked as a project manager at Integrated Information Systems.
