David Payton is an accomplished operations, environmental health and safety, and risk leader with 25 years of experience across the construction, telecommunications, maritime, manufacturing, and government sectors. Beginning his career as a journeyman ironworker, David advanced into operations management before transitioning into EHS and organizational risk leadership. He has led programs for national and global organizations, strengthening culture, regulatory compliance, operational performance, leadership development, and workforce engagement.
David holds degrees in Structural Technology and Occupational Health and Safety, a Journeyman Ironworker credential, and numerous industry certifications. His practical field experience and executive perspective enable him to connect frontline realities with organizational strategy. David is committed to helping organizations reduce risk, build resilient teams, and create lasting cultural improvement. He believes leadership includes a responsibility to give back and make a positive impact on the industries and communities we serve.
