Curtis Moore received a bachelor of science degree in occupational safety and hygiene management from Millersville University in 1987. Immediately following graduation, Curtis was employed for two years with Commercial Union Insurance Company. In 1989 Curtis was hired by Worthington Industries, where he held various and progressive management positions, the last being corporate director of environmental, health and safety.

Curtis began his career with Glenn O. Hawbaker Inc. in 2001 and holds the title of director of risk management. He has more than 38 years of diversified safety management expertise in heavy construction, heavy manufacturing and mining. He is an OSHA-authorized construction and general industry outreach trainer, and he serves on the Millersville University Occupational Safety & Environmental Health Program Advisory Board.
