Corey DeGraaf brings 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including 17 years with Industrial Construction & Engineering Co., where he has dedicated the past 13 years to safety leadership. His career reflects a strong commitment to protecting workers in high-risk industrial and heavy construction environments while driving operational excellence.
Corey serves as chairman of the NSC Construction & Utilities Division, having been an active participant in the division for 12 years. He is passionate about advancing industry best practices, strengthening collaboration among safety professionals and elevating safety performance across the construction and utilities sectors.
An OSHA 500 and MSHA trainer, Corey is actively involved in workforce development and regulatory compliance education. He is also a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals, the Midwest Insulation Contractors Association and the Scaffold & Access Industry Association. Through leadership, training and industry engagement, Corey remains committed to building safer jobsites and empowering the next generation of safety professionals.
