Catherine West is an experienced EHS practitioner with over 25 years of extensive expertise in fostering organizational culture, worker wellbeing programs and ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse industries, including aerospace, defense and commercial sectors.
As the EHS vice president, Engineering & Technology Business Group for Amentum Technology, she supports the organization's commitment to prioritizing environmental, health and safety initiatives. By leveraging her Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional credentials and expertise in EHS strategic management systems, with a tenure marked by the successful implementation of transformational EHS initiatives, she has consistently supported strategic growth and cultivated a culture of safety across Enterprise operations.
She has been a member of the Delegates Committee for two years but active with the Women’s Division and other National Safety Council activities for many years, presenting in multiple venues hosted by NSC.
