Bill Strahan leads the Human Resources function for Comcast Corporation globally. He has responsibility for all aspects of HR including HR technology, talent, compensation, benefits, learning, employee, and labor relations.  Strahan has been in this role over 15 years and with Comcast over 20 years.

Bill has been involved in various aspects of Human Resources work for over 40 years. He began his career with over a decade of work at Macy’s Department Stores and Riggs National Bank. The second decade of Bill’s work included practicing law in Washington, D.C. focusing on Compensation and Benefits – mostly in the context of mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.  Subsequently, he joined Mercer HR Consulting as a consultant and office manager becoming a Worldwide Partner.

Bill holds a B.A. in Religion from Villanova University, and a Juris Doctorate from the George Mason University School of Law (now the Antoin Scalia School). He is a Member of the Virginia State Bar. He lives with his wife outside of Philadelphia, PA, and serves on the Board of the National Safety Council.  He also serves on the Compensation Committee of the Board at Longwood Gardens in Chester County, PA.
