The National Safety Council's Million Work Hours award recognizes organizations that have completed a period of at least 1 million consecutive work hours without an occupational injury or illness resulting in days away from work.
In accordance with the OSHA recordkeeping requirements, a company, location or division must have continued without the occurrence of an occupational injury or illness involving days away from work for at least 1 million consecutive work hours. Eligibility is based on self-reported data submitted by the participant. Any organization recording a fatality will be disqualified.
If your application is approved, your award will be shipped within four to six weeks. The National Safety Council reserves the right to change, without notice, any statement in the Occupational Awards Program concerning, but not limited to, rules, policies, awards, delivery dates/methods, and fees.
