The National Safety Council’s Perfect Record award recognizes companies, locations or divisions that have completed at least 12 consecutive months without incurring an occupational injury or illness resulting in days away from work.
In accordance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements, a company, location or division must have incurred zero occupational injuries or illnesses involving days away from work for a period of at least 12 consecutive months. Eligibility is based on self-reported data submitted by the participant. Any organization recording a fatality will be disqualified.
If your application is approved, your award will be shipped within four to six weeks. The National Safety Council reserves the right to change, without notice, any statement in the Occupational Awards Program concerning, but not limited to, rules, policies, awards, delivery dates/methods and fees.
