NSC Interview Process

We’re excited to get to know you better and help you understand how we work. Our process is designed to be transparent and engaging, guiding you through a series of steps that will allow us to assess your skills and cultural fit.

Our typical interview process includes:

  1. A short Wonderlic assessment will be sent to candidates to help us better understand abilities and aptitudes.
  2. Next, selected candidates move on to a screening and first interview, which focuses on evaluating their technical skills and team fit.
  3. Candidates advancing will participate in a second interview, offering a deeper assessment of their qualifications, culture fit and potential contributions.
  4. After the second interview, final selections will be made based on overall performance and alignment with the role.
  5. The final step of our interview process involves our talent acquisition team reaching out to extend an offer and officially welcome you to our NSC team.
