Based in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, Jane Sinclair leads the legal, risk, regulatory and compliance functions of dsm-firmenich’s worldwide operations. Jane was instrumental in the successful merger between the family owned and run, Firmenich International SA with the Amsterdam listed Royal DSM (merger closed May 2023).
Jane previously spent more than nine years in pharmaceuticals (Abbott/AbbVie); she was General Counsel and Head of Strategy for Genea; and Jane started her career at The Coca-Cola Company with 17 years in various legal/business advisory roles throughout the USA and the Asia Pacific.
